TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS
Transactional Analysis is a form of psychotherapy that helps you understand yourself and your relationships by exploring how you think, feel, and behave. It’s based on the idea that we each have three ego states — Parent, Adult, and Child — which influence how we interact with others.
Transactional Analysis can help you recognise and change unhelpful patterns in communication and relationships. It also looks at the life scripts we form early in life, which can shape how we see the world and ourselves today. Through therapy, you'll become more aware of these patterns, improve your communication, and gain tools to make lasting, meaningful change.
